CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING

Meeting location: Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno, CA.
City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure. You may address any agenda item by standing in front of the microphone until recognized by Council. All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 11 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase cassette and video copies, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.gov and San Bruno residents may check out video copies at the Library. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring reasonable accommodation for this meeting should notify us 48 hours prior to meeting. The Beautification Task Force Invites Residents to Nominate Properties for 2008 Annual
Beautification Awards, Nomination Forms are Available at the City Clerk’s Office or on the
City’s website. The deadline for nominations is Friday, August 22.

a. Present Proclamation and Receive Presentation from Citizen's Crime Prevention Committee Regarding National Night Out in San Bruno, August 5, 10008.
b. Receive Presentation on the San Bruno Delegation Visit to Sister City, Narita, Japan, June 28 through July 6, 2008.

b. Approve: Accounts Payable of June 23 and 30, 2008.
c. Approve: Second Reading and Adopt Ordinance Adding Chapter 6.52 Governing Tobacco Retailer Permits to the San Bruno Municipal Code.
d. Adopt: Resolution Accepting Public Improvements for the Skycrest Subdivsion.

a. Receive Presentation on San Francisco Airport’s San Francisco Garter Snake Recovery Action Plan in the West of Bayshore Area
b. Receive Report Regarding Code Enforcement Activities and Programs.
c. Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Agreement with Mayer Hoffman McCann for Financial Audit Services for three Years Beginning as of June 30, 2008.
d. Adopt Resolution Adopting Amendment to the City of San Bruno 2005 Urban Water Management Plan.
e. Adopt Resolution Approving Installation of a Mid-Block Pedestrian Crosswalk on Cherry Avenue Between San Bruno Avenue and Bayhill Drive.
