Meeting location: Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno, CA.

City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure. You may address any agenda item by standing in front of the microphone until recognized by Council. All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 11 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase cassette and video copies, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.gov and San Bruno residents may check out video copies at the Library. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring reasonable accommodation for this meeting should notify us 48 hours prior to meeting. 6.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  Regular Council Meeting of May 27, 2008.

7. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion unless requested by a Councilmember, citizen or staff.

a. Approve:  Payroll of May 30, 2008.

b. Approve:  Accounts Payable of May 19 and 26, 2008.

c. Waive:  Second Reading and Introduce Amendment to Section 10.23, Recycling and Diversion of Debris from Construction and Demolition of the San Bruno Municipal Code Pertaining to Compliance Deposit, Administrative Fee, Penalties and Enforcement.

d. Accept: Resignation Letter from Leslie A. Cullinane, Personnel Board, Declare a Boardmember Position Vacant and Direct the City Clerk to Initiate the Process for Appointment of a New Member.

8.   PUBLIC HEARINGS (Notices have been published, posted and mailed):

  Hold Public Hearing, Waive First Reading, and Introduce an Ordinance Repealing and Adding New San Bruno Municipal Code Chapter 5.16 Regarding Procedures for Regulating and Abating Graffiti.

9.   CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:

a.   Adopt Resolution Accepting the Independent Auditor Reports, the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), Single Audit Report, and Measure A Funds Audit for the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2007.

b.   Adopt Resolution Authorizing New Parking Restrictions to Create a “No-Stopping Zone” and “Loading Zone” on a Portion of First Avenue between Pine Street and San Bruno Avenue.

c.   Approve Fireworks Stand Permits Upon Finding the Non-Profit Organizations Meet Requirements of Resolution No. 2005-25 and Ordinance No.1700.

d.   Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Amendment the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), Single Audit Report, and Measure A Funds Audit for the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2007.

e.   Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Approve Change Order to Contract with JJR Construction,Inc. in the Amount of $50,000 to Complete Additional Work on Sidewalk Repair Program and Increase Total Authorized Construction Budget to $235,000.

f.   Receive Report Providing Update on Use of Security Camera at Beckner Shelter.

g.   Adopt Resolution Approving Amended Plan for Improvements to Lions Field.
