All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 11 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. The City Council has scheduled a Study Session for Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss preparation of the 2011-12 Budget.
6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular City Council Meeting of January 25, 2011
7. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion unless requested by a Councilmember, citizen or staff.
a. Approve: Payroll of January 16, 2011.
b. Approve: Accounts Payable of January 24, 25, 27 (2), 28 and 31, 2011.
c. Accept: Donation from Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund and the Grundy Family in the Amount of $8,669.05 for Maintenance and Improvements to Grundy Park.
d. Adopt: Resolution Approving Second Quarter Budget Amendment for the 2010-11 San Bruno Redevelopment Agency Budget.
8. PUBLIC HEARINGS (Notices have been published, posted and mailed):
a. Hold Public Hearing, Waive Second Reading, and Adopt 2010 Fire and Building Code Ordinances to be Adopted by Reference with Amendments.
b. Hold Public Hearing and Adopt Resolution Approving Request for Citizen’s Option for Public Safety Funds in the Amount of $100,000 for 2010-11.

Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. If you are unable to remain at the meeting, ask the City Clerk to request that the Council consider your comments earlier. It is the Council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.

b. Receive City Council Donations Subcommittee Report and Adopt Resolution Authorizing Subcommittee to Determine Distribution of Remaining Donations for the Glenview Fire Area.
c. Adopt Resolution Proclaiming the Termination of Local Emergency Related to the Glenview Fire.
d. Receive Report and Adopt Resolutions to Protect Redevelopment Agency Funds in Light of State Budget Issues and Impacts.
1) Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Approving and Authorizing Execution of a Public Improvements Reimbursement Agreement between the City and the San Bruno Redevelopment Agency.
2) Adopt Resolution of the San Bruno Redevelopment Agency Approving and Authorizing Execution of a Public Improvements Reimbursement Agreement between the San Bruno Redevelopment Agency and the City.
3) Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Approving and Authorizing Execution of a Affordable Housing Reimbursement Agreement between the City and the San Bruno Redevelopment Agency.

e. Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Communications Site Lease Agreement with T-Mobile West Corporation to Construct, Operate, and Maintain a Telecommunications Facility at Grundy Park.

c. Confer with Legal Counsel Regarding Anticipated Litigation (one case) (Cal. Gov’t Code Section 54954.9 (a)).
