Meeting location: Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno
City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure. You may address any agenda item by standing in front of the microphone until recognized by Council. All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 11 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase cassette and video copies, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.gov and San Bruno residents may check out video copies at the Library. 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: City Council Meeting of June 28, 2011.
7. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion unless requested by a Councilmember, citizen or staff.
a. Approve: Payroll of June 19, 2011.
b. Approve: Accounts Payable of June 27 and July 5, 2011.
c. Adopt: Resolution Accepting a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Grant in the Amount of $9,209 for Fire Department Thermal Imaging Cameras.
d. Approve: Cancellation of the Regular City Council Meeting on August 23, 2011.

Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. If you are unable to remain at the meeting, ask the City Clerk to request that the Council consider your comments earlier. It is the Council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.
10. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
a. Receive Oral Report on the 2011 Fourth of July Fireworks Activity.
b. Adopt Resolution Amending the City’s Master Fee Schedule Related to Waiver of Fire Department, Public Services Department, Water, and Wastewater Fees for Residents Impacted by the Glenview Fire.
c. Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with JJR Construction, Inc., for Concrete Repair and Replacement Project in the Amount of $274,088 and Approving the Construction Budget in the Amount of $329,000
d. Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with Pacific Access Contractors, Inc. for the Purchase and Installation of a Wheelchair Lift for Basement Access to the Library in the Amount of $28,500 and Approving a Construction Budget in the Amount of $33,000.
e. Adopt Resolution Approving the Water Supply Assessment for the Proposed Transit Corridors Plan.
f. Adopt Resolution Approving the Application for the Proposition 84 Statewide Park Program Grant Funds for the Lions Field Synthetic Turf Project.
g. Receive Oral Report Regarding Potential Impact of the State Budget and Assembly Bills which Propose to Eliminate or Significantly Reduce the Capacity of Redevelopment Agencies.
h. Hold Hold Study Session on Code Enforcement Strategy Guide.
11. REPORT OF COMMISSIONS, BOARDS, & COMMITTEES:
Receive Annual Report from the Planning Commission.
