Meeting location: Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno, CA.
City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure. You may address any agenda item by standing in front of the microphone until recognized by Council. All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 11 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase cassette and video copies, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.gov and San Bruno residents may check out video copies at the Library. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring reasonable accommodation for this meeting should notify us 48 hours prior to meeting. c. Present Proclamation Declaring Week of May 15-21, 2011 as Public Works Week in San Bruno.
6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: City Council Meeting of April 26, 2011.
7. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion unless requested by a Councilmember, citizen or staff.
a. Approve: Payroll of April 24, 2011.
b. Approve: Accounts Payable of April 25 and May 2, 2011.

9. PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA:
Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. If you are unable to remain at the meeting, ask the City Clerk to request that the Council consider your comments earlier. It is the Council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.
10. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
a. Receive Update and Schedule Public Review of Draft Transit Corridor Plan.
b. Receive Report on Education and Enforcement Activities for the 2011 Fireworks Season.
c. Receive Update on the Design for the Lions Field Synthetic Grass Project, and Confirm the Use of Park in Lieu Funds for the Project.
d. Adopt Resolution Rejecting all Bids for the On-Call Concrete Repair and Replacement Project.
e. Schedule Study Sessions for Review of Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Annual Budgets.

a. The City Manager and Human Resources Director Request a Closed Session Pursuant to
Cal Gov’t Code Section 54957.6 Regarding Direction for Labor Negotiations with the Police
and Public Safety Mid Management Bargaining Units.
b. Confer with Legal Counsel Regarding Anticipated Litigation (one case) (Cal Gov’t Code
Section 54954.9 (a)).
