Meeting location: Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno
City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure. You may address any agenda item by standing in front of the microphone until recognized by Council. All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 11 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase cassette and video copies, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.gov and San Bruno residents may check out video copies at the Library. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring reasonable accommodation for this meeting should notify us 48 hours prior to meeting. 1. CALL TO ORDER:
2. ROLL CALL/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
a. There will not be a City Council Meeting on the Fourth Tuesday in December. The only
Regular City Council Meeting in December will be held on December 13, 2011.
b. The Holiday Tree Lighting Event will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. at
the War Memorial Building in City Park.
6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: City Council Special Meeting of November 8, 2011 and City Council and San Bruno Redevelopment Meeting of November 8, 2011.
7. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion unless requested by a Councilmember, citizen or staff.
a. Approve: Accounts Payable of November 7 and 14, 2011.
b. Approve: Payroll of November 6, 2011.
c. Accept: Reconciliation of General Ledger to Bank Reports and the Investment Reports Dated October 31, 2011.
d. Adopt: Resolution Authorizing Closure of Glen Avenue on Sunday, December 11, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
e. Adopt: Resolution Accepting a Donation from the San Bruno Rotary Club to Purchase Seating and Landscaping for the San Bruno Recognition Sculpture.
f. Accept: Letter of Resignation from Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee Member, Declare a Committee Member Vacancy and Direct the City Clerk to Initiate the Process for Appointment of a New Member.

Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. If you are unable to remain at the meeting, ask the City Clerk to request that the Council consider your comments earlier. It is the Council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.
10. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
a. Administer Oath of Office and Present Certificates of Election to Newly Elected and Re-
elected Officials.
b. Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Time and Expenses Contract with Integrity Maintenance Solutions – Americas, Inc. to Provide Engineering and Technical Support Related to Natural Gas Pipeline Work In and Around San Bruno.
c. Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Purchase Agreement for a Vactor 2100 Plus Jetter-Vacuum Combination Sewer-Storm Cleaning Truck from Maryland Industrial Trucks, Inc. in the Amount of $420,779.68..
d. Review Draft Ordinance and By-Laws and Provide Direction on Recommended Changes to the Personnel Board.

The City Manager and Human Resources Director Request a Closed Session Pursuant to Cal Gov’t Code Section 54957.6 Regarding Direction for Labor Negotiations with the Fire Bargaining Unit.
The next regular City Council Meeting will be held on December 13, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno.
