Meeting location: Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno

All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 11 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase cassette and video copies, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.gov and San Bruno residents may check out video copies at the Library. Receive presentation from Shiyama Clunie, AT&T San Mateo County Government Affairs.
6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: City Council and San Bruno Redevelopment Meeting of October 25, 2011.
7. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion unless requested by a Councilmember, citizen or staff.
a. Approve: Accounts Payable of October 24 and 31, 2011.
b. Approve: Payroll of October 23, 2011.
c. Adopt: Reconciliation of General Ledger to Bank Reports and the Investment Reports Dated September 30, 2011.
d. Approve: Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Award a Contract to Adamson Police Products for the Purchase of Ballistic Body Armor Vests in the Amount of $35,187.51.
e. Approve: Resolution to Tax Defer Employee Paid Contributions to the CalPERS Retirement System.
f. Adopt: Resolutions Amending the Fiscal Year 2011-12 City of San Bruno and the San Bruno Redevelopment Agency Budgets to Re-Appropriate Fiscal Year 2010-11 Carryover Encumbrances.

Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. If you are unable to remain at the meeting, ask the City Clerk to request that the Council consider your comments earlier. It is the Council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.
10. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
a. Receive Report on Recommended Changes to the Personnel Board and the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee.
b. Appointment of Citizens to Citizens Crime Prevention Committee, Culture and Arts
c. Adopt Resolution Approving Parking Restrictions on Atlantic Avenue and Bayshore Circle North.
d. Receive Report and Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Improvement Agreement, Affordable Housing Agreement, and Maintenance Agreements for the Cedar Mills Development Located at 599 Cedar Avenue.
