All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 11 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase cassette and video copies, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.gov and San Bruno residents may check out video copies at the Library. a. Approve: Accounts Payable of December 12 and 22, 2011.
b. Approve: Payrolls of December 4 and 18, 2011.
c. Adopt:
 Reconciliation of General Ledger to Bank Reports and the Investment Reports Dated November 30 and December 31, 2011.
d. Adopt: Resolution Approving a Grant Application to the San Mateo County Housing Department for Accessibility Improvements to the Library’s Lower Level Restrooms.

a. Receive Oral Report on Upcoming Street Closures and Work Activities Associated with the Caltrain Grade Separation Project.
b. Receive
Oral Report from the City Clerk on Attendance at the New Election Law Seminar in Long Beach, November 30, 2011.
c. Receive
Report Regarding the California Supreme Court’s Decision to Eliminate Redevelopment Agencies and Adopt Resolution Determining that the City Shall Serve as the Successor Agency for the Redevelopment Agency and Electing to Retain the Redevelopment Agency’s Housing Assets and Functions
d. Adopt
Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Cost Recovery Agreement with Artichoke Joe’s Casino for Police Investigative Services.
e. Adopt Resolution Authorizing a Purchase Agreement for Two 2012 Ford F-350 Pump Mechanic Trucks, One 2012 Ford F-550 Water Service Truck, and Two 2012 Ford 150 Cable Vans from Hansel Ford of Santa Rosa in the Amount of $245,116.01, and Appropriating $49,547 from the Cable Enterprise Fund.
