All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 11 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase cassette and video copies, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.gov and San Bruno residents may check out video copies at the Library. Present Certificates to Food Service Establishments Recognizing their early Implementation of the Requirements of the City’s Sustainable Food Packaging Ordinance, which will take effect April 1, 2010.

6.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular City Council Meeting of February 23. 2010.

7.   CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion unless requested by a Councilmember, citizen or staff.

a. Approve: Payroll of February 14, 2010    

b. Approve: Accounts Payable of February 16 and 22 and March 1, 2010.

8.   PUBLIC HEARINGS (Notices have been published, posted and mailed):

Hold Public Hearing, Waive First Reading, and Introduce an Ordinance of the City of San Bruno amending Chapters 12.84, 12.96, 12.100, 12.108, 12.116, 12.120, 12.124, & 12.200 of Title 12 (LAND USE) of the San Bruno Municipal Code.

9.   PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA:

Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes.  If you are unable to remain at the meeting, ask the City Clerk to request that the Council consider your comments earlier.  It is the Council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.

10.   CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:

a. Adopt Resolution Approving the City of San Bruno’s Residential Design Guidelines.

b. Adopt Resolution Approving Amendment to City Council Agenda Format.

c. Receive Report Regarding the City of San Bruno’s Green Fleet Initiative.

d. Adopt Resolution Authorizing Application for California Department of Transportation Section 190 Funds in the Amount of $10,000,000 for the Construction of the San Bruno Grade Separation Project and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Memorandum of Understanding with the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board to Pass Through the Section 190 Funds.

e. Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement for Shared Police Chief Services Between the Cities of Millbrae and San Bruno.

f. Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Municipal Resource Group LLC to Prepare a Law Enforcement Services Analysis, Report and Recommendations for the Cities of Millbrae and San Bruno and Authorizing Appropriation of $27,000 for San Bruno’s Share of the Study Cost.

g. Receive Report and Recommendation from Staff and the Parks and Recreation Commission Regarding a Project to Install Synthetic Grass at Lion’s Field and Provide Direction to Staff.
