Meeting location: Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno, CA.
City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure. You may address any agenda item by standing in front of the microphone until recognized by Council. All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 11 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase cassette and video copies, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.gov and San Bruno residents may check out video copies at the Library. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring reasonable accommodation for this meeting should notify us 48 hours prior to meeting. 2. ROLL CALL/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
The 70th Annual Posy Parade, sponsored by the San Bruno Lions Club will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2010 at 1:00 p.m.
a. Present Proclamation Declaring the Week of May 10-16, 2010 as National Police Week in San Bruno.
b. Present Proclamation Declaring the Week of May 17-23, 2010 as Public Works Week in San Bruno.
6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular City Council Meeting of April 27, 2010
7. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion unless requested by a Councilmember, citizen or staff.
a. Approve: Payroll of April 25, 2010.
b. Approve: Accounts Payable of April 19 and 26, 2010.

9. PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA:
Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. If you are unable to remain at the meeting, ask the City Clerk to request that the Council consider your comments earlier. It is the Council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.
10. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
a. Appoint Members to Citizen Advisory Committees, Boards and Commissions.
b. Receive Presentation from the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Regarding Proposed Regional Groundwater Storage and Recovery Project.
c. Adopt Resolution Approving Cable Television Services and Rates Effective July 1, 2010
d. Receive Report and Provide Direction to Staff Regarding a Red Light Enforcement Program.
e. Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with Eaton Pump Services for Replacement of a Pump at Water Pump Station No. 1 in the Amount not to exceed $55,000.
f. Adopt Oral Update Regarding the City's Temporary Moratorium on the Establishment and Operation of Medical Marijuana Collectives
g. Schedule Study Sessions for Review of the FY 2010-11 Annual Budget on June 1, 2 and 3, 2010.
h. Consider Cancellation of the Regular City Council Meeting on August 10, 2010.

Receive Annual Report from the Senior Advisory Board.

The City Manager and Human Resources Director Request a Closed Session Pursuant to Cal. Gov’t Code Section 4957.6 Regarding Direction for Labor Negotiations with the San Bruno Professional Fire Fighters Associations, Public Safety Mid-Management Bargaining Unit and Miscellaneous Group.

The next regular City Council Meeting will be held on May 25, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno.
