Façade Improvement Program
The Facade Improvement Program has been suspended because of the passage of AB X1 26, which dissolves redevelopment agencies on February 1, 2012. The Agency is not accepting any new applications for the Facade Program. |
The Building Façade Improvement Program provides matching grants to property owners and business tenants to upgrade the exteriors of commercial building in the San Bruno Redevelopment Project Area in order to improve the physical appearance of commercial areas and create stronger and more vibrant shopping environment. Grant amounts range from a minimum of $1,500 to a maximum of $22,000. Program information and application forms are available through the links below.
