Meeting location: Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno

Planning Commission meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised.  You may address any agenda item by approaching the microphone until recognized by the Planning Commission Chair. All regular Planning Commission meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 1 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. Request for a Conditional Use Permit to add two antennas to an existing wireless telecommunications facility within a residential zoning district per Sections 12.220 of the San Bruno Zoning Ordinance. AT&T (Applicant), Calvary Cross Church (Owner) UP-09-001.

  B. 123 Poplar Avenue (APN 020-414-210)

Environmental Determination:  Categorical Exemption
Zoning:  R-1. 
Request for a Use Permit to allow the construction of an addition that would result in a floor area above the .55 guideline (.76) per Section 12.200.030.B.2, of the San Bruno Municipal Code. Sergio Galdamez (Applicant) Luis Tellez (Owners) UP09-018.

  C. 601 Angus Avenue East (APN 020-173-150)

Zoning:  R-1.
