Meeting location: Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno

Planning Commission meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised.  You may address any agenda item by approaching the microphone until recognized by the Planning Commission Chair. All regular Planning Commission meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel 1 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. Request for a Use Permit to allow on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages (wine tasting room) per Chapters 12.84.210 of the San Bruno Zoning Ordinance. Lunardi’s Super Market, Inc. (Applicant and Owner). UP10-009

  C. 714 4th Avenue (APN020-168-160) Staff is recommending this item be continued to a future Planning Commission Public Hearing. Property owners within 300 feet of the subject property will receive a legal notice ten days before the re-scheduled Planning Commission Public Hearing.
