Fire Prevention 
Welcome to the City of San Bruno Fire Department Fire Prevention page. Our responsibilities include plan-checks and field inspections on commercial cooking equipment, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and specialized extinguishing systems in all new and existing construction within the City of San Bruno. We also provide all new businesses, daycare centers and care facilities with their initial fire safety clearance. Other services include public education and fire investigations.
