SamTrans and San Bruno
The City of San Bruno is fortunate to be part of a peninsula wide public transportation system. The San Mateo Transit system runs from parts of San Francisco all the way to Palo Alto. The main Routes 390 and 391 run through San Bruno via El Camino Real and makes stops at the designated stations every 30 minutes.
