This form is to be used for "cold" crimes (non-emergency) for which there are no suspects and no evidence. If you have an in progress emergency, DIAL 9-1-1. The San Bruno Police Department accepts some crime reports "On-Line". If you are a victim of a crime that occurred within our city, you can may be able to submit your initial report here.
