How do I report potholes, uneven sidewalks, or damaged road signs ?
You may click here or call our Corporation Yard at 616-7160 during business hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Mon.-Fri., excluding holidays). For potholes, sidewalks, and road signs, we're interested in precise location and brief description (potholes-size and depth; sidewalks-tripping hazard, size of lift, street tree involvement; road signs-pole down, sign damaged, graffiti, sign turned, etc.).
