New Phone Customers

If you are a new San Bruno CityNet customer, you must fill out our Service Application (PDF) as well as the VoIP Phone Service Application (PDF). If you already have internet or TV service through San Bruno CityNet (and already have a Service Application on file with us), you only need to fill out the VoIP Phone Service Application (PDF).

If you wish to port your old telephone number to this new service, you must also fill out a Letter of Authorization to Port Existing Phone Number (PDF).
