Recognizing that the building process has become increasingly complex with regulation changes, the City of San Bruno is committed to providing the best possible customer service experience to each applicant. The Community Development Department is required to implement the regulations prescribed by the California Building Standards Code. The building division strives to ensure all new construction is safe and meets all objectives of the code.
