Your City hard at work! At the March 8, 2022 City Council meeting, the San Bruno City Council authorized construction for the Aves 3-1 Sewer & Water Replacement Main Project.
This project is part of the City’s water and sewer master plans and were prioritized into sequenced, bundled work. The work includes the installation of 6,700 feet of water pipeline and 6,500 feet of sewer pipeline in the project area bounded by Kains Avenue, El Camino Real, San Mateo Avenue and Sylvan Avenue. The total project budget is $11,956,000.
Impacts during construction? Temporary roadway closures, on-street parking, construction equipment, some noise, some dust, and short -term accessibility in and out of driveways. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2022!
