The City of San Bruno offers a generous tuition reimbursement as a benefit to its full-time employees. Reimbursement rates are currently based on California State University tuition rates in accordance with the employee's bargaining unit and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Participation must be pre-authorized by the City Manager prior to each fiscal year (ideally) or prior to taking classes. To request participation in the reimbursement program, please complete and submit the Pre-Authorization Form (PDF) to Human Resources.
Once your participation has been authorized, each semester you may request reimbursement for your classes by completing the Reimbursement Request Form (PDF).
